The little one pulled the covers closer… Should I look? Or should I hide?
With a deep breath, the child whispered, ‘I’ll be brave!’
Step by step, closer and closer… the child reached out and touched the blanket.
Whoosh! The blanket wasn’t a monster at all… it was just a blanket!
Then came an idea… A superhero cape!
Swish, swish! The little hero dashed across the room, cape flying!
Oh no! Teddy was stuck under the chair… Time for a rescue mission!
Super Blanket Hero saved the day! Teddy was safe again.
Mission complete! Time to sleep, little hero.
As the child drifted off, the blanket shimmered… like it was proud too.
